Signs of tissue in the Polynesian language and their Armenian parallels

Continuing the topic of fabrics, the 58th meeting of the “Carahunge Armeological Center” took place on June 21.

Linguist Leyla Stepanyan, who has been researching Armenian-Polynesian linguistic and cultural communities for about 26 years, made a presentation on "Signs of tissue in the Polynesian language and their Armenian parallels."

As a result of her research, Leyla Stepanyan discovered more than 3,500 common roots, words and expressions, more than 50 grammatical forms, more than a tens dialects, many toponyms and names of tribes in the Armenian-Rapana dictionary of languages.
